I remember back in first grade when one of my former teachers said that drinking coffee impairs youths ability to increase their height. That's bc coffee makes you restless at night.
3.2 years later from that time, I watched a Bright Side video that guided to follow the 8 hour rule: Don't drink coffee 8 hours before bed.
Yesterday and 2 days ago, I drank some coffee in the morning (the first time I did). Despite the 8 hour difference from yesterday's coffee and when I got to bed, for yesterday's night and today's early morning, I was insomniac.
Maybe I should've sticked to hot chocolate instead.

Yeaah coffee can stick with you! Though it seems more so that you get used to the initial rush after a while, and you just feel tired if you don't have any. Sleep's only affected so much if you don't drink often, or are just starting out. It really is a drug, but does have SOME health-related benefits so...
Definitely less caffeine in chocolate yupp.
