just use a ruler
I completed the entire Algebra 1 course on ALEKS, so I'm self-studying HS Geometry. Students are not allowed to use a ruler to prove a theorem. :O
I know now: Use the SAS Similarity Property. It's defined as "Two triangles are sim. if the ratios of their side lengths to each other with their included angles are the same."

i had so much trouble with geometry, a lot of it is memorization and i couldn't memorize a single theorem. geometry just sucks, i prefer algebra (i take algebra 2)

I think you should try to prove some formulas and theorems so that memorization becomes easier.
@AstroGalaxy I used some programs online that gave examples for proving theorems and allowed the student to practice proving the theorem when spoonfed and when not being spoonfed.
Sobolev might know, I suppose? Surprising how many high level mathematicians there are on NG really, this stuff goes way over my head...
